Co-founder of Google; Former CEO, Alphabet Inc.

Net Worth: ~$144.3B (+ Updated)

Rank: 7th richest person in the world 2025

Recent News: Larry Page was recently seen at an exclusive Silicon Valley event discussing breakthroughs in artificial intelligence and sustainable technology. His latest investments in innovative tech startups highlight his ongoing influence on the future of luxury living and modern innovation. Larry Page stepped down as CEO of Alphabet, the parent company of Google, in 2019 but remains a board member and a controlling shareholder. He cofounded Google in 1998 with fellow Stanford Ph.D. student Sergey Brin. With Brin, Page invented Google's PageRank algorithm, which powers the search engine. Page was CEO until 2001, when Eric Schmidt took over, and then from 2011 until 2015, when he became CEO of Google's new parent firm Alphabet. Page is reportedly working with a small group of engineers on AI that can create “highly optimized” designs for objects and then have a factory build them, per The Information. Chris Anderson, previously the CTO of Page-backed electric airplane startup Kittyhawk, is running the stealth effort, The Information reports. Page isn’t the only entrepreneur exploring ways AI could be used to improve manufacturing processes (although he might be one of the richest). Orbital Materials is creating an AI platform that can be used to discover materials ranging from batteries to carbon dioxide-capturing cells. PhysicsX provides tools to run simulations for engineers working on project areas like automotive, aerospace, and materials science. Elsewhere, Instrumental is leveraging vision-powered AI to detect factory anomalies.
